• Full refund or exchange within 5 days of purchase
• From day 6, a P20 handling fee is deducted from the refund or exchange value
• No change-of-mind returns or refunds after 10 days
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless they reach you faulty
• If your piece arrives faulty or incorrect, let us know with proof. We will replace it or refund you
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your piece is without faults the minute it reaches you. If something isn't right, tell us straight away and we will make it right
